Digital Marketing Executive


This will be a varied role and will be suited to an Executive who is keen to be hands on and learn lots of new skills. You will assist the implementation of email marketing campaigns for the company and for some key client accounts. This role would suit a bright junior marketer with a passion to get stuck into a challenging yet rewarding role. There is real opportunity for long term growth and progression for the right person. If you've graduated within the last two years and have completed either a marketing internship or have at least 12 months commercial marketing experience, this could be the perfect next step for you!

The day-to-day

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, typically the role will cover the following:

  • Support all marketing functions across the business
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee a social media strategy, driving brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Some element of design work for email marketing campaigns
  • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as needed
  • Liaising with sales teams and internal designers on sales collateral creation
  • Analysing and reporting on email campaigns
  • Involvement in the tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns

Web Designer (HTML email)


The role

A creative and enthusiastic individual is required for an exciting Junior Digital Designer role. It will be ideal for an individual with a strong attention to detail who is looking for a career opportunity in a successful and fast growing business.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to produce beautiful, eye-catching HTML email newsletters and will be a part of a strong digital design team, working for a large range of clients and covering an interesting variety of campaign driven work.

Account Manager


About the job

This is an account management role, selling the products and services of Forfront Limited to the existing account base, being the face of the company to the customer, building strong relationships and ensuring customer retention.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Engage with an agreed number of the company's accounts to ensure business retention
  • Develop existing and build new relationships within the accounts
  • Be the key liaison person between the account and the company
  • Be aware of and manage any issues arising
  • Keep the account aware of all relevant product or service developments
  • Develop and maintain an account plan for each account
  • Grow existing revenue streams and drive additional revenue streams within each account
  • Provide regular and accurate reports as required by management

Telesales Executive


The role:

An experienced Telesales Executive is required to work as part of a friendly and dynamic team in the highly competitive digital marketing industry. The individuals must be enthusiastic, proactive and driven with excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language. The role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers and converting sales leads by promoting and selling email marketing software.

You will be developing your own pipeline of prospects, managing leads, cleansing data to identify the most relevant point of contact and removing duplicates. All while communicating consistently, effectively and representing the company in a professional manner at all times. You must also respond to all inbound customer enquiries quickly and efficiently and be able to meet department and company targets and goals.

Field Sales Executive


About the job

This is a new business development role, selling the products and services of Forfront Limited. The sales executive is required to research the market, generate leads via cold calling, develop opportunities via face to face meetings and close business on behalf of the company. The role is pivotal to the growth and direction of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling to establish leads and generate business meetings
  • Attending customer facing meetings and conducting demonstrations of Forfront products
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of approximately £50K revenue per month
  • Close business in line with company targets
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting as required by the management
  • Responsible for ethical behaviour and maintaining integrity at all times
  • Attend company meetings as and when required
The Candidate:

The new role of Customer Services and Support Manager is based in Epsom, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven Customer Services track record, good technical understanding of software in general and HTML raw coding as well as some design experience. Primary duties will include getting a customer up and running with our existing products and managing any day to day issues that may occur, supporting the launch of new initiatives, and managing our team of digital design and support members.

Main responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent first class Customer Services experience to our clients;
  • Time management of team members to ensure targets and client expectations are met efficiently and quickly. This should include managing priorities and workloads;
  • Regular reporting of consistent support issues including bug reporting to Product Manager;

  • Handling 1st and 2nd line support issues;

We are seeking a Software Tester to join our growing in-house testing team.

You will be expected to analyse requirements to build functional; system, regression, stress test cases and test plans and procedures. Creating and maintaining test and environment data, you will fully document the test results and provide regular feedback to key stakeholders.

You will also be expected to help build upon our existing Gherkin/Selenium based automation test library to help streamline and improve the efficiency and time taken to action regression tests.

As well as the listed required skills; excellent attention to detail and communication skills are a must.

Web Developer


The role:

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our talented and multi-disciplinary team. Each project has a team that typically consists of; Project Manager, Business Analyst, Designers, Testers, as well as other Developers as required by the project. The role also requires you to adhere to our Agile SCRUM process, participating in peer code-reviews to ensure code meets our internal standards before associated tasks are passed on to the testing team, and ultimately to the Product Owner, for final sign off.

The successful candidate will be working to build upon our complex, interactive yet user-friendly websites. They will possess the ability to quickly analyse and debug both client-side and server-side code to come up with effective solutions when developing new features.

The role:

We are seeking a talented PHP developer with commercial experience working within LAMP stack environments, as well as knowledge of frontend technologies. You will need to deliver the following:
