Digital Marketing Executive

The day-to-day

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, typically the role will cover the following:

  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

  • Liaising with sales teams and internal designers on sales collateral creation
  • Analysing and reporting on email campaigns
  • Involvement in the tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns
You will have:

This is a new business development role, selling the products and services of Forfront Limited. The sales executive is required to research the market, generate leads via cold calling, develop opportunities via face to face meetings and close business on behalf of the company. The role is pivotal to the growth and direction of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling to establish leads and generate business meetings
  • Attending customer facing meetings and conducting demonstrations of Forfront products
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of approximately £50K revenue per month
  • Close business in line with company targets
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting as required by the management

The Candidate:

The role:

The new role of Customer Services and Support Manager is based in Epsom, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven Customer Services track record, good technical understanding of software in general and HTML raw coding as well as some design experience. Primary duties will include getting a customer up and running with our existing products and managing any day to day issues that may occur, supporting the launch of new initiatives, and managing our team of digital design and support members.

Main responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent first class Customer Services experience to our clients;

  • Regular reporting of consistent support issues including bug reporting to Product Manager;
