Field Sales Executive

This is a new business development role, selling the products and services of Forfront Limited. The sales executive is required to research the market, generate leads via cold calling, develop opportunities via face to face meetings and close business on behalf of the company.

This is a new business development role, selling the products and services of Forfront Limited. The sales executive is required to research the market, generate leads via cold calling, develop opportunities via face to face meetings and close business on behalf of the company. The role is pivotal to the growth and direction of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cold calling to establish leads and generate business meetings
  • Attending customer facing meetings and conducting demonstrations of Forfront products
  • Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of approximately £50K revenue per month
  • Close business in line with company targets
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting as required by the management
  • Responsible for ethical behaviour and maintaining integrity at all times
  • Attend company meetings as and when required
The Candidate

The individual needs to be dynamic, tenacious, resilient, ethical and have a high degree of integrity. Although tasked with an individual target, they will be part of a team and expect to work in a collaborative and supportive manner with the rest of the company.

They need to have good communication skills, both written and verbal and be comfortable dealing at senior management level. They must possess strong, solution based sales skills, be able to present, conduct meetings, demonstrate and negotiate.

The main services that they will be selling will be bespoke software development, mobile application development and digital marketing solutions, predominantly email marketing.

Knowledge
  • Sales skills e.g. Telesales, need development, objection handling, negotiation, closing.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and email marketing.
  • An understanding of software development methodologies, languages and tools.
  • Exposure to mobile application development methodologies, languages and tools.
  • Formal sales methodologies such as SPIN, Miller Heiman, etc.
  • Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce, ACT! etc.
Experience

Minimum three years successful selling in a new business, solution sales environment, preferably conceptual such as software development.

Education

Preferably degree educated, but not essential for the right candidate.

9am-6pm Mon-Fri. Permanent
