With the UK set to leave
the EU on or shortly after 29th March, we wanted to reassure clients that there
will be no impact to our services as a consequence of this change.
We have recently been contacted by several clients regarding continuity
of service after the UK leaves the EU on or after the 29th March. We would like
to reassure you that there will be no impact to our services as a consequence
of this change.
The team and technology that develops and supports e-shot, in-leads and all our bespoke software development projects is entirely UK-based, as is the infrastructure used to deliver our solutions. As
part of our continued commitment to operational excellence and data security,
our test and live environments are all hosted in Tier3 data centres in London.
We also hold the Cyber Essentials certification. Whilst Cyber Essentials is only
mandatory for working with MOD, this government backed scheme is a public
demonstration of our commitment to security and information governance.
Our solutions also continue to adhere to all appropriate safeguards for
transfers of Personal Data as may be permitted under current Data Protection
Laws that are applicable and binding to us and to our clients.
As a precautionary measure, our development team have been provided with extra
tea supplies to help ensure that e-shot continues to provide a safe, secure and
simple solution to digital marketing throughout this complex and challenging
period of political change.
If you have any questions relating to this or require confirmation in writing
as part of your own due diligence, then please contact us.
