A crucial role in supporting the product management team, working closely with the development team and stakeholders to help deliver product features and improvements. The role involves a blend of business analysis, stakeholder communication, and project management tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate
with stakeholders (clients, developers, marketing teams) to identify business
needs.

Conduct
interviews, surveys, and workshops.
·
Write
clear, detailed, and well-structured requirements documents.
·
Create
functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
·
Analyse
business processes and workflows.
·
Ensure
requirements align with business goals and technical feasibility.
·
Act as
a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
·
Facilitate
discussions to resolve ambiguities and conflicts.
·
Support
development teams during implementation.
·
Review
deliverables to ensure they meet specified requirements.

Ensure
the solution complies with industry standards and regulations e.g., Accessibility.
·
Help maintain
and prioritise the product backlog in line with business goals and customer
needs.

Assist
with writing clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring
they are understood by the development team.

Participate
in sprint planning and review meetings, contributing to decision-making on
prioritisation and scope.
·
Help
track the progress of development tasks and ensure alignment with the overall
product vision.
·
Work
with quality assurance teams to define and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
·
Support
product testing and feedback loops to guarantee that features meet business and
customer expectations.
·
Help
identify areas for improvement in the product development process and assist in
implementing more efficient workflows.
·
Learn
from customer feedback, industry trends, and analytics to drive product
improvements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
