The role

An experienced Telesales Executive is required to work as part of a friendly and dynamic team in the highly competitive digital marketing industry. The individuals must be enthusiastic, proactive and driven with excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language. The role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers and converting sales leads by promoting and selling email marketing software.

You will be developing your own pipeline of prospects, managing leads, cleansing data to identify the most relevant point of contact and removing duplicates. All while communicating consistently, effectively and representing the company in a professional manner at all times. You must also respond to all inbound customer enquiries quickly and efficiently and be able to meet department and company targets and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up and qualify leads generated by marketing activities
  • Generate own leads
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Continuously improve performance and productivity
  • Use the CRM and other internal systems
Essential skills / experience required
  • Tenacious, highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Eager to succeed
  • Telesales experience or a similar background
  • Good PC proficiency and knowledge of CRM systems
